Note: the GDPR Compliance Report is focussed on getting your data compliant. The 360° Data Audit Report is designed to be more in-depth, providing general information on your data, including a map of where your contacts are located.
We use a specialist data company to transit data from you to us, and vice-versa. This ensures data is encrypted, protected and not subject to phishing or malware.
We use secure FTP practices to ensure your data is protected at all times.
Internally, we use encrypted hard disk drives on servers and workstations, protected from the outside using the latest firewall and anti-virus software for data organisations.
The above information is contained within our Data Policy.
Personal data must be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. Every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that data which are inaccurate or incomplete are either erased or rectified.
The GDPR, the replacement for the Data Protection Act 1998, was actually adopted in 2016, but will only start to be enforced from May 2018. That gives organisations a very small window to get their data and data processes in shape.
For any non-compliance organisations may be fined up to 4% of global turnover!
