“To treat our clients individually, to adapt to their needs and provide them with a service that always adds value to their operations.”

We use our stated values below to guide us in everything we do. We have a duty to be socially responsible, to be an example to other businesses, and to guarantee that what we preach is what we actually do. Moreover, we work within a community, and contributing to that community in a healthy and balanced way will ensure everyone benefits.

  • Agility – to be there when we’re most needed
  • Collaboration – leverage collective knowledge
  • Community – to be involved
  • Conservation – to be an example to others
  • Environment – to take a balanced approach
  • Integrity – partnerships built on solid foundations
  • Passion – nothing is too much, everything is possible
  • Priority – to put our partners’ needs at the forefront of everything we do
  • Quality – to set and maintain standards

As part of our commitment to social responsibility we support our staff, for 3 hours per week, to volunteer for a local charity of their choice.

The Harbour Project is based in Swindon and provides general support to asylum seekers and refugees. The volunteers help with form filling, translating, mediating with solicitors, financial support and much more. Moreover, The Harbour helps its visitors integrate into the community, providing support in the form of English, cooking and even sewing lessons.

We’re very proud to have supported The Harbour since April 2015.
